During the last two years, we committed to our vision and followed through on our strategy to build our real estate investment portfolio. This included attending conferences, visiting properties, studying economic trends and working with strategic partners.
To date, we have acquired several single-family homes in Indianapolis, Indiana, Kansas City Missouri and Charlotte, North Carolina, where we recently relocated. We outsourced the property management of our properties. We also engaged in a joint venture partnership and provided financing to buyers.
We are delighted with the growth of our portfolio in the last two years; however, we are only getting started with our real estate strategy and look forward to the opportunities ahead as we continue to grow our portfolio especially in the Charlotte metro area.
