Darci Brainich knows her way around a balance sheet and just about every other aspect of strategic financial operations. With more than 15 years of experience as a Controller, CFO, and Adjunct Accounting Instructor, she has built a career on precision, integrity, and a knack for turning complex financial processes into streamlined, well-oiled systems.
Her career journey spans healthcare, behavioral services, education, and technology industries as diverse as her skill set. Darci has led full-cycle accounting for multi-entity organizations, built GAAP-compliant internal controls from scratch, and guided teams through audits, payroll, and month-end closes without breaking a sweat (or a spreadsheet).
But Darci’s impact goes beyond the numbers. As a Lead Associate Dean and instructor, she’s taught and mentored thousands of accounting students nationwide, blending her love of the profession with her passion for people.
Armed with an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, Darci brings depth, leadership, and an eagle eye for detail to every project she touches. Whether she’s collaborating with a team or working independently, she thrives in environments that value operational excellence and continuous improvement.
