Beyond the spreadsheets and reconciliations, Claire is proudly a homebody at heart. Her favorite moments are the quiet, intentional ones, cooking and baking in her kitchen, journaling her thoughts, and creating small pockets of peace at home.
But there’s also an artistic spark she’s beginning to explore. Determined to develop her creative side, Claire recently picked up painting through paint-by-numbers, carefully transforming blank canvases into something beautifully her own. What starts as numbered sections slowly becomes art, a process she finds both calming and empowering.
Whether she’s experimenting with new recipes, filling pages in her journal, or bringing color to canvas, Claire finds joy in creating both in her work and in the quiet moments outside of it

Staff Accountant
Claire is a detail-driven Staff Accountant who brings strong technical expertise and dependable execution to the NextKey Services team. With hands-on experience supporting U.S. and Australian clients, she specializes in full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting across small to mid-sized businesses.
Throughout her career, Claire has managed end-to-end bookkeeping for multi-client portfolios, handling bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, bulk invoice processing, payroll journal entries, and sales tax filings . She has worked with up to 25–30 clients at a time, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in both cash and accrual accounting environments.
Claire is proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, payroll systems such as ADP and Gusto, and a range of POS and reporting tools . Known for her consistency and organized approach, she thrives in fast-paced environments where precision and reliability are essential. Her ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining strong client communication makes her a valuable contributor to the NKS team.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and continues to grow her expertise through hands-on client work and ongoing professional development.
